Cookie policy
We describe the memory of the device, the categories of cookies and the way of informed consent management.
Version 1.0 • Last updated: July 18, 20261. What are cookies?
Cookies are small information saved or read on the device when using the service. A similar function can be performed by localStorage, sessionStorage and other identifiers. The administrator of the service is DIGITAL PROJECTS Agency Robert Karwacki, Dubica Górna 13, 21-580 Wisznice.
2. Rules of use
The necessary mechanisms may operate without consent if they are necessary for the transmission of a message, security or the performance of a function clearly requested by the user. The analytical, preferential, non-required and marketing launch only after voluntary consent. The lack of consent does not block the valuation form or the basic content.
3. Categories
Necessary
Security, session, memory of consent settings, protection of forms and basic WordPress operation. They cannot be disabled in the panel, but can be limited in the browser at the expense of the service operation.
Preferences
Optional memory of interface settings if this function is implemented.
Analytical
Measurement of visits and errors. They only work after consent if the Administrator runs such a tool.
Marketing
Measurement of ads, profiling and content from external services. They only work in harmony.
4. Service's own mechanisms
| Mechanism | Purpose | Category | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| consent preferences Metka Print | Memorize your choice and consent version | necessary | up to 180 days or until removal |
| form/visualizer session | Supporting the steps of the form, design and security of the request | necessary | until the end of the session or less |
| WordPress admin cookies | Login and security of the panel; for eligible persons | necessary | session or in accordance with the option to remember |
The exact technical name may depend on the WordPress version and configuration. The consent panel should present the services currently detected. The entry itself in this policy does not replace technical blocking of scripts before consent.
5. External tools
In the basic configuration we do not assume active Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, remarketing, maps of Google or embedded films. If any tool is enabled, it must be added to the supplier's name panel, target, period, cookie list and transfer information. Linking to Facebook does not in itself mean embedding a tracking tool; after moving to Facebook, Meta policy applies.
6. Authorisation management
When you first visit, you can accept all optional categories, reject them, or choose specific settings. The consent cannot be selected or forced by default. The decision can be changed by button at any time in the footer or on this page. Withdrawal of consent is as easy as granting it and does not affect the compatibility of the previous action.
7. Browser Settings
Cookies can also be removed and blocked in your browser. The limitation of the necessary mechanisms may prevent the saving of settings, logging in or sending a form. Instructions can be found in the help of the used browser.
8. Legal basis and amendments
The consents to optional mechanisms shall be collected in accordance with the Electronic Communications Law and the data generated using them processed pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The mechanisms necessary shall be based on an exception to the service requested and the security data shall also be based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We update the document after changing the tools or operating periods.
