4. Files, designs and personalization
The logo, graphics and visualizations we send are used to evaluate feasibility, calculation and production. Unordered query files are generally deleted after 180 days. We can keep documentation of the accepted project with the order until the limitation of claims. If the client wants to keep the file for further executions for a longer period of time, we determine it individually. Letters containing names, names or numbers on garments should cover only the necessary data; the contracting authority shall be responsible for the legality of the transmission.
5. Data recipients
Data may only be provided to entities needed to carry out the activities: hosting and mail provider, website technical administrator, SMTP and backup provider, accounting office, bank, payment operator - if used, carrier, clothing supplier or subcontractors to the extent necessary to perform the order, security system provider and firm or advisor in case of dispute. Entities acting on our behalf are bound by data protection agreements and instructions. We don't sell databases.
6. Transmission outside the EEA
The basic handling of the order does not require the transmission of data outside the European Economic Area. If you voluntarily use a global provider function, e.g. Facebook/Meta, or agree to an analytical or marketing tool, the provider may process data also outside the EEA. In such a case, the transfer should be based on a decision establishing an adequate degree of protection or standard contractual clauses. Current supplier information will be indicated in the cookie panel.
7. Automated decisions
The calculator can automatically estimate the price based on product, order quantity, marking area and set costs. The result of the form does not have legal effect on the user and may require verification. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that would have legal effects or have a similar effect on customers.
8. Rights of person
Depending on the basis of the processing, access to data, receipt of a copy, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer of data, opposition to processing based on legitimate interest and withdrawal of consent at any time shall be granted. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the conformity of prior processing. The request can be sent to kontakt@metkadruk.pl. We can ask for information to confirm your identity. It also has the right to complain to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
9. Safety and children
We apply risk-appropriate measures, including access control, encrypted connection, updates, backups and limited access to order files. The service is not aimed at children. The minor should use the form with the knowledge of the statutory representative.
10. Policy changes
The policy may be amended after implementation of new functions, suppliers or changes in law. The current version is published on this page with the update date. Significant changes do not work backwards and do not replace the required consent.
